Cancellation Rights in the United Kingdom and Refund Policy — ISNATUR

a. Legal right of withdrawal

In accordance with UK consumer protection regulations (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), students generally have the right to cancel their enrollment within fourteen (14) calendar days following a distance purchase.

b. Digital content and service commencement

When a student requests immediate access to digital content or the educational platform, they expressly agree that once such access has begun, their legal right of withdrawal may be lost in whole or in part to the extent permitted by law.

This consent is collected during the purchase process.

c. Refund policy by program type

Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable UK legislation and ISNATUR's Student Terms & Conditions, and may include:

(a) Enrollment / Registration
Non-refundable once administrative processing has begun, except for cancellations within the legal withdrawal period and before access to digital content.

(b) Recorded Courses (Asynchronous)
Refundable only before access is granted.

(c) Live or Hybrid Programs
• Cancellation before start: refund minus enrollment fee.
• Cancellation after start: proportional refund for the unused portion, in accordance with UK regulations, minus enrollment fee.

(d) Credit transfers / recognition of prior learning (RPL)
Non-refundable once the evaluation process has begun.

d. Refund timeline and method

Once approved, the refund will be processed within fourteen (14) calendar days using the same payment method used for purchase, unless the law permits otherwise.
