2. Nature of Our Services
2.1 ISNATUR provides online education and training programmes in naturopathy and integrative health sciences.
2.2 Our programmes include:

3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
We may suspend or terminate access for misconduct, sharing logins, non-payment or fraud.
4. Contract Formation
Your order constitutes an offer.
A contract is formed only when:
(a) we confirm enrolment by email; and
(b) access to the learning platform is granted.
5. Prices, Currency, VAT & Payment Plans
5.1 Fees may be displayed and charged in:
5.2 VAT will be applied where legally required.
5.3 Instalment plans constitute a binding obligation to pay the full programme fee.
5.4 Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access.
6. Access Duration & Programme Changes

7. UK Consumer Cancellation Rights & Refund Policy
7.1 Cooling-Off Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers normally have 14 days to cancel.
7.2 Digital Content Waiver
Where you request immediate access to digital content, you expressly consent that:
once access begins, your statutory cancellation right is lost.
This consent is collected at checkout.
7.3 Refund Policy by Programme Type
(a) Enrolment / Matriculation Fee
This is non-refundable, as it covers administrative processing, onboarding, academic allocation and reserved capacity.
(b) Recorded Courses (Asynchronous)
Refundable only before access is granted.
(c) Live or Hybrid Programmes
If cancelled before the start date: refund minus enrolment fee.
If cancelled after commencement: pro-rata refund for unused portion minus enrolment fee.
(d) Credit Recognition / Prior Learning Assessment
Non-refundable once started.
Refunds processed within 14 days via original payment method.
7A. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) / Convalidations
7A.1 ISNATUR may offer a Recognition of Prior Learning (“RPL”) or credit-transfer service whereby previous studies, qualifications or professional experience are assessed for possible exemption from parts of a programme.
7A.2 RPL is a separate paid service from programme tuition and does not guarantee admission, credit, exemption, certification or regulatory recognition.
7A.3 Any fees charged for RPL cover academic review, verification, mapping of learning outcomes and administrative processing and are therefore non-refundable once the assessment process has commenced.
7A.4 Applicants must provide accurate, complete and verifiable documentation. ISNATUR reserves the right to request additional evidence, certified translations, interviews or assessments.
7A.5 Decisions on RPL are taken at ISNATUR’s sole academic discretion and are final, subject only to internal review procedures.
7A.6 RPL outcomes may include:
(a) no credit awarded;
(b) partial exemption from modules;
(c) conditional exemption subject to additional assessment; or
(d) full exemption from specific modules only.
7A.7 RPL does not affect programme fees unless expressly stated in writing. Any tuition reduction is discretionary.
7A.8 RPL does not imply that ISNATUR qualifications are recognised by regulators or professional bodies in any jurisdiction.
7A.9 ISNATUR is not responsible for decisions taken by third-party regulators, employers or professional associations regarding recognition of prior learning or qualifications.
8. Certification
Certificates or diplomas are issued only when:

Serious misconduct may result in termination without refund.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials are protected.
You receive a limited personal licence to study.
Recording, redistribution or resale is prohibited.

We do not guarantee employment, income, licensing or regulatory recognition in any jurisdiction.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing excludes liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

14. Force Majeure

15. Assignment
We may transfer our rights.
You may not without written consent.
16. Third-Party Rights

7A.4 The applicant must provide complete and verifiable documentation. ISNATUR may request certified translations, interviews, or additional assessments.
7A.5 RPL decisions are made solely by ISNATUR and are final, except for internal review.
7A.6 The outcome may be:
(a) no credit awarded;
(b) partial exemption;
(c) conditional exemption;
(d) exemption from specific modules only.
7A.7 RPL does not automatically modify the program price unless agreed in writing.
7A.8 RPL does not imply recognition by regulatory bodies, employers, or educational authorities.
7A.9 ISNATUR is not responsible for third-party decisions regarding academic recognition.
8. Certification
Certificates or diplomas are issued only when:

All materials belong to ISNATUR or its licensors.
A personal, limited, and non-transferable license is granted for study.

11. No professional guarantees
We do not guarantee employment, income, legal qualification, or professional recognition in any country.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing limits liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to amounts paid in thepreceding 12 months.
