  • Legal Right of Withdrawal
    In accordance with UK regulations (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you normally have14 days to cancel.

    7.2 Waiver of Withdrawal for Digital Content
    When you request immediate access to digital content, you explicitly accept that:

    Non-refundable, as it covers administrative costs, academic assignment, and place reservation.
    (b) Recorded Courses (Asynchronous)
    Refundable only before access is granted.
    (c) Live or Hybrid Programs
    Cancellation before start: refund minus enrollment fee.
    Cancellation after start: prorated refund for unused portion minus enrollment fee.
    (d) Credit Transfers / Recognition of Prior Learning
    Non-refundable once the process has begun.
    Refunds will be processed within 14 days via the same payment method.

No. Upon completion of each academic cycle, students must complete a required number of hours of Clinical Practicums at validated health centers.
